Chicken with Mushrooms in Balsamic and Grapes
Sauteed two chicken breast crispy, seasoned with sea salt & pepper, in Canola and Meyer Lemon EVOO. Towards the last 5 minutes added crimini mushrooms and balsamic. Reduced and added whole Red Seedless grapes for about a minute. Poured over crispy chicken. Served with Edamame beans and mashed yams (meg devoured before photo opt).
Earthy,tangy, and sweet flavors complimented the chicken and made the house smell fantastic.
