These were baked, turned once, for 35 minutes at 425. They would have been great fried too then tossed in the glaze which consisted of: Hoisin sauce, sesame oil, huckleberry honey, soy sauce, fresh chopped garlic, black pepper,& cayenne pepper. Finished with scallions and toasted sesame seeds. Next time I am going to add fresh grated ginger for an added kick. That was the something that was missing to me.
