Make Mi Happy Burgers

Meg begged me to make a terriaki burger so I came up with this for her and Kaycee Kaycee
THESE ROCKED!
For the grilled burger:
Ground chuck with grated onion. grated garlic, splash of soy, worchestchire, sea salt & pepper.

Grilled pineapple
Pepperjack cheese
Terriaki Glaze
Mixed Greens
all stuck together with Wasabi, Ginger Mayonnaise housed inside a mini dutch crunch roll.

Great Saturday night with the teens. Meg had a minor collision with the laundry room door and her knee. We doctored her up with frozen peas, a band aid, a kiss, and a lot of laughter (I'm such a good mom). She then got a little sassy with her mouth and found it funny to say the word crap over and over again... not nearly as funny as when Kaycee and I locked her in the backyard and hopped in the car pretending to go for ice cream without her. Oh good times harassing the kid.
