Day 5
It's on. Over the hump. Feel light and energetic. Finally got the Kale down the way I like it. Now the only deviation that I had (and knew I would at Jennifer's b-day foodie fest) was the 4 squash blossoms (stuffed with oysters, prociutto,capers and goat cheese) made by chef chris and bite of poached pears in red wine with almond paste nestled inside puff pastry. o dear god. that could be my last meal and I'd go happy.
