Planted Hibiscus out back to honor my friends journey to move to Hawaii. Plus they are my favorite flower. It's been such a beautiful weekend here in Sacramento and from where I live, I was able to watch the spectacular fireworks show at Cal Expo from my front porch. I'm excited! I have commited myself to 10 trial classes at Bikram Yoga starting tomorrow. From what I have researched, it may be the ticket for some recent health related issues.
