Day 8
Day 8 into my 10 day juice cleanse with NO CHEATING. It is a very liberating feeling. The fact that this is something I can control. I am back into both my size 28 and size 27 jeans. AKA size 4! In 8 days! The boost I needed. Running again with the group which is awesome. And this weekend my visit with G.!!!!
I am loving 2012 so far. Doors keep opening for Megan and me. We are really blessed girls. Great friends, Great school, Great jobs. I feel I've arrived for the first time.
