Bacon lettuce and pineapple

Peppered thick sliced bacon, grilled pineapple. green leaf lettuce with a spicy wasabi-ginger mayonnaise on very lightly toasted French baguette.
I'm pretty sure it was a hit from what I remember. Fun, crazy, loud party.
