Rainy Day Tamales

After we hit the wet famers market this am, Michelle took me to La Superior Market on Stockton. Spent the afternoon making tamales. Made a vegetarian with Swiss Chard, Mexican cottage cheese, jack cheese, and cilantro. Then a pulled pork with Mexican CC. The sauce was so good and easy. I thank Michelle for convincing me to make it from scratch. Her Grandmother's recipe. Thick, rich. Delicious. Megan was happy.
