Cut in half tossed with Mad Dog EVOO. Roasted with Fennel & garlic, salt and pepper at 400 for 30 minutes. Once cooked they lose their kick and become very subtle in flavor similar to a potato. A different animal completely. The recipe was inspired by Kalyn's Kitchen and she did hers with an Asian inspiration. I might try that next time. I'm considering making a puree with these and adding cream for a cream of radish & roasted garlic soup. I'll think about.
