Red Pepper Hummus
1 can Garbanzos
3 marinated roasted red peppers
Good EVOO
Sea Salt & fresh cracked Pepper
Dash of Garlic Powder
Fresh Lemon Juice
Red chili flakes
all to taste
Blend in a blender and top off with more good olive oil served with 100 % whole wheat pita pockets. Good lunching!
