Yam & Whey Smoothie

I'm on a rigid plan to change hormone balance (thanks to T.K.) so what I create will be helping me do that. This is my own recipe even though I bought a really good smoothie book two days ago named Forever Young Fitness Drinks.
2 scoops of Yam & Whey
8 oz of 1% Kefir Milk
1/4 cup organic 100% pure blood orange juice
1 tb of Elderberry Juice
1/2 cup frozen organic blackberries
1/2 tsp pure vanilla
= Yummy
