Pork Chop with Apple Sauce Gravy




Fall is here! Apple gravy. Onion, Apple, chick stock, salt, pepper, thyme, sage, cayenne & butter. Corn starch to thicken. Pan fried pork chop bone in center cut in 2 tbs of Canola. Chops seasoned with sea salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, thyme & sage.

Sounds good! We tend to get pork steak cut thin and fried.. and one of my few quirks is I seldom put cooked fruit with meat! Goofy, but true...

pork and apples just go together. and I spiced it up with cayenne so you get the sweet, spicy, & savory going on. I think I did a pork with blueberry sauce awhile ago. That was really good.

They do! I know! I don't! Apples belong in my apple crisp.. I'm odd this way, and admit it.. But I'm from Michigan- and you must try our cider..
