Healthy lunch
Whole Wheat Tandori Naan with Tuna salad
Albacore tuna 1 can, moushed finely with fingers
5 cherry tomatoes sliced in half
5 kalamatta olives torn
fresh parsley and oregano from my garden torn
2 spring onion sliced
1 tbl evoo
2 tsp of mustard aoli
juice of half a lemon
dash of white balsamic
salt and pepper
Sprinkle of Myzithra cheese
Whole wheat Naan. Makes 2 open faced sands. Really really refreshing.
