Lunch



MMM This was so perfect for the 100 degree day here in Sacramento. I love the look of fruit but I do not take the time (ohh a whole 5 minutes to do this) I am so glad I did. I drizzled some white balsamic on the fruit and it was perfect, refreshing and made me smile. The strawberries are so sweet this time of year. Tomorrow I am making grilled chicken with strawberries and avocado salad. I might even grill some strawberries on skewers tonight basted with regular balsamic. Love strawberries.

This would pair nice with a good Pinot Grigio

looks and sounds delicious...a little balsamic a little black pepper a few glasses of crispy Pinot Grigio and you are in hog heaven.
