Avocado, Shrimp, & Fruit Salad





To beat the heat this salad came as a tasty & cool relief

Cooked Shrimp
1/2 Avocado
Nectarines
Clementines
Heirloom tomatoes
Sliced white onion
Shredded lettuce
Squeeze of Fresh Lemon & Lime Juices
Fresh cracked pepper
Homemade Thousand Island spiked with Cocktail Sauce and Extra Hot Horseradish

& Meg's raspberry pie ;)
1 stick of fat free cream cheese
1 8 ounce tub of fat free Cool Whip
1/4 cup fat free milk
1 tsp Crystal Light rasberry drink
1 Keebler chocolate crust

Mix room temp cheese and drink mix, stream in milk, fold in coolwhip, add to pie crust. Chill & set for 4 hours. This is how the lemonade pie was made too only with a reduced fat Keebler graham craCker crust. This was her version and really yummy. Cold ;)

buff: we do, we do. They're meaty when you don't want meat. And good for the skin etc...
I guess this isnt really something you could send me in the mail....bummer cause it looks sooooooo good.
