Folsom's New Sunday Farmer's Market



They're a little small but a nice quaint venue. The Olive Oil produced by Mad Dog Mesa was amazing with a very obvious taste of olives. It was unlike any olive oil I have ever tasted. The finish is peppery which according to Robert P. Day, the producer, was the Anti Oxidants from the Olives. He schooled me a little on regulation or lack there of regarding production of Olive Oil in the United States and steered me to a very interesting article in the New Yorker.
