Ribeye Steak Tacos Yum!

Served with an Avocado Salsa with red onion, serrano chilis, cilantro, parsley, s&p, & lime.
I should just know better than to ever say things like this to my guy, "Honey can I stuff the meat in my taco now?"
He was my carver and he's still chuckling.
